My experience with Sense replacement and Customer Service

My Sense warranty order was placed on 8/9/2023 and I still have not received my order!!! I have too many emails to count from Google Store which was not able to resolve the issue and finally referred me back to Fitbit for resolution. I have many email from Fitbit, chats, and phone calls and NO ONE can tell me what is going on. I get a different story every time I call. My last call was today and a supervisor is still not able to tell me what is going on and only advised my order was placed on 9/6/2023, one of the days I called, and provided me with the SAME tracking number I was provided 8/9/2023. I asked to speak to someone higher up and was told there is no one. I am to say the least completely frustrated as it's been over 4 weeks, there is no one else to speak to, and no other person in a world wide business that can provide any answers. The supervisor tried to refer me back to Google Store and I advised I am not starting this nightmare over only to be referred back to Fitbit. 

Funny thing is I can go online and purchase a new Sense, pay extra shipping, and have it delivered in 1-2 days. This is the worst customer service!!!

Is anyone else having order/shipping issues?
