Has anyone else had trouble with their Sence watch strap. Mine has fallen apart after the first month. I see their is a claim section on the Fitbit website, but it doesn't appear to work ( a bit like their products) 😁

Hi, @Lions64 & @SunsetRunner welcome, The "Sense" band connection to the pebble depends on the locking action triggered by the slender button on the underside. Provided you are using a Fitbit band (third-party bands are sometimes not as well made) it should lock properly but this may be compromised if there is debris or skin product fouling the aperture. I suggest you wash the pebble with warm soapy water, rinse and dry. This article may help Fitbit Wear & Care (there's a section on cleaning). The locking action is demonstrated at 16.53 in this video. If the "Sense is not on your wrist and you tug the band at an angle it is sometimes possible for it to disconnect, provided the band is located correctly normal-tension while wearing will not result in a disconnect.

I've had my "Sense for 18 months without any problems. If you think there is fault in the pebble or band you should talk to "Customer Support", use Chat or the phone for a prompt response.

I hope this helps.

Cheers
