bracelet will not attach

9 month old sense. All good except one side of the band has come off and will not attach. I have watched the videos and this bracelet will just not connect.

The straps are interchangeable @Pc5200 

My suggestion would be to reverse them. This way you will be able to determine if the problem is on the strap, or the Sense. 

Then we will know what needs replacing.

Hi, @Pc5200, if your problem persists go to "Contact Support", depending on where you are you should see a tile "Broken Band" where you can take their matter forward.
