Hi I have my sence 5days and only getting less the 12 hours battery. I have followed all the advise from other users with same problem and it is still draining so fast. I charged it fully again last night and was on 44% this morning. The phone numner on fitbit website says not valid when I try ring and can't get onto their live chat. Sence was gifted to me and did a lot of research before so am very disappointed as it says 6 days battery . Any advise on how I can contact fitbit customer service directly to speak to a member of the team .

Hi, @Aislingxx, you should be able to reach "Customer Support" here, this is a dynamic link and should route you to the support in the country you are in. I recommend you use the chat facility or phone for a prompt response.
In the meantime you may find this article useful Can I extend my Fitbit device's battery life? You should not be experiencing the kind of charge loss you report, FYG I use about 25% charge in 24 hours with a 90-minute swim and a short walk plus the usual daily activities.
