Sense 2 Locked

After factory resetting it (since I was in that bugged mode where could not turn off both Do Not Disturb and Sleep Mode so was receiving no notifications), my Sense 2 , when trying to pair with my phone, keep saying it is 'Locked' and cannot be paired. I've tried reaching out to support and have not heard back (twice now) and was wondering what I can do with it now..... or is my watch just a dud now

Let me help you with your locked Sense 2. Thank you for the troubleshooting you have already tried.

It is actually a factory reset what we usually recommend when a device is locked. Just to confirm, do you see a message like "unlock with phone" in your device's screen? If it's the case and your device is still paired to your mobile, see our help article How do I use the device lock on my Fitbit device? > How do I unlock my Fitbit device with my phone?

If that's not the case, share a screenshot or a picture to better understand your issue. Thanks in advance for it.
