Sense 2 Locked

After factory resetting it (since I was in that bugged mode where could not turn off both Do Not Disturb and Sleep Mode so was receiving no notifications), my Sense 2 , when trying to pair with my phone, keep saying it is 'Locked' and cannot be paire...
