Sense screen scratched

My watch faces is terrible scratched up after less than two months of use. Has anyone had this problem and what was the remedy?  Moderator Edit: Clarified subject

Sense 2 replacement bands

I have purchased 2 replacement bands at this point due to skin sensitivity to the bands that it comes with. I can't get any of the bands to connect to the device. This isn't a complicated thing to do. I won't lock in???
