I have purchased 2 replacement bands at this point due to skin sensitivity to the bands that it comes with. I can't get any of the bands to connect to the device. This isn't a complicated thing to do. I won't lock in???

You have to pull down a tad on the little thing by where the band goes in if it won’t lock into place on its own. Once you have it in there let it go. About the bands, idk if they’re the same materials or not but Amazon has a huge selection of replacement bands a lot cheaper than the Apple ones. I’ve bought many through the years (with different Fitbits) and never was I disappointed with any of the bands. Love them!
