My Sense 2 started going into a boot loop yesterday and now has been stuck on the logo screen for hours. It died so I ended up putting it on the charger and trying to force it to reset. No matter what it wont move past the logo screen other than to shut down but then it immediately turns back on and is still on the logo.
Ive looked up a few posts about doing a factory reset but it really doesnt seem to be working. I removed it from the app, force closed the app, and have tried calling support ( the call dropped and never got a return call).
Its a little under a year old and has no cosmetic or visible issues. I dont wear it in pools/ shower etc.
Anyone?

Hi @SunsetRunner - You can always chat via the Fitbit App, click profile photo, Help & support, Contact Customer support.
As it is under warranty it can be replaced even if it is a Sense or a Sense 2, it is unclear which.

Unfortunately when I click on the chat option it immediately gives me an error page. I've tried across multiple devices and browsers. I've gotten the chat function to work 1 time and I fell asleep waiting for an agent!
