I am now on my 3rd replacement in a year and considering moving to agar in due to the quality issues.Anyone else had such a bad experience? They seem to have multiple issues from coming unglued to software just giving up. When they send a replacement it isn’t a new one it is a refurbished one which doesn’t seem in line with guarantee policy. Very fed up as I love the stats but quality is not up to standard.

I've had mine since release day in 2020 and haven't had any issues.
