I got a Sense for Christmas, and right off the bat, the battery lasted 24 hours. I lowered the screen brightness, I don’t do music, calls/texts, Alexa, voice controls, nor do I have the “always on” display. When I would plug it in, it would have a message that said “charging slowly” I did all the troubleshooting things, and Fitbit support replaced my sense. When I got the new sense, it wouldn’t set up. Took me 4 calls with Fitbit, and after the last one, days later, got an email saying it should work. So early this morning, (3 am) (a month after getting it) I was able to set it up for the first time, and this afternoon (1:40 pm) my sense battery is at 68%. I hAve no idea how fast it will charge, or if the device will get worse, but I’m thinking I’m done with the sense.

Hi @Ladyxixi - it should charge from completely flat in less than 90 minutes, normally it should be less than an hour.
You can use the SimpleClockPro clock face to show you the charging and expected fully charged time.
If you are experiencing short battery life it can be because using all the features all the time (when not necessary) can drain the battery rapidly, such Snore detection and SpO2. Have a look at the issues How to resolve the Major issues causing short battery life.
