Sense 5G

I was so excited to get my Fitbit Sense yesterday.  Right before working out I decided to set it and get to using it.  Woohoo.

I was so disappointed  to learn from Fitbit Customer Service that the Fitbit Sense I purchased yesterday from Best Buy in Milwaukee Wisconsin doesn’t support 5G network we are on.  I couldn’t believe that, I’m assuming most big city’s are running on 5G now so no one can use the Fitbit Sense if they are running on 5G.  I would think that would impact their sales?!?!?

Needless to say I returned it 3 hours after purchasing it.  So disappointed.

I'm confused. No fitbit model uses mobile networks. The Sense uses bluetooth and wifi only. What problems were you having?

The Fitbit Customer Service person asked me if my router had a button so I could turn off the 5G if I did then I could finish setting up my Fitbit.  The issue I was having was that even when I synced it to my IPhone it kept saying on the Fitbit to download the Fitbit app in different languages.  It didn’t make much sense to me either.
