Sense Active Minutes Not Being Recorded

Yesterday, I exercised and recorded it on my Sense. My HR during the exercise is shown to be in the Active Minutes range; however, no Active Minutes appear in the phone app. I have tried to restart both my phone and Sense, as well as unpairing and repairing. How can I get my Active Minutes to appear? Please let me know if anyone else has figured out how to fix this problem!

Are you saying that you removed the tracker from your Fitbit account, then set it up? That is the best way to lose any in sync data. It is better to setup the tracker as a replacement device. 

 

My question is, did the exercise sync to your Fitbit account?

Yes, the exercise did sync to the Fitbit account. The exercise shows my HR in the active ranges but does not show any active minutes. It correctly recorded my workout today, so it hopefully was a one time thing.

I’ve got the same problem but my minutes appear on my watch but won’t sync with the app. Sometimes it doesn’t show up on the watch. Very frustrating for Fitbit Bingo.
