Yesterday, I exercised and recorded it on my Sense. My HR during the exercise is shown to be in the Active Minutes range; however, no Active Minutes appear in the phone app. I have tried to restart both my phone and Sense, as well as unpairing and repairing. How can I get my Active Minutes to appear? Please let me know if anyone else has figured out how to fix this problem!
Best AnswerAre you saying that you removed the tracker from your Fitbit account, then set it up? That is the best way to lose any in sync data. It is better to setup the tracker as a replacement device.

Best AnswerYes, the exercise did sync to the Fitbit account. The exercise shows my HR in the active ranges but does not show any active minutes. It correctly recorded my workout today, so it hopefully was a one time thing.
