My sense is less than a week old and I've had enough! The HR won't go over 122 and I do HIIT and exercise up to 3hrs most days. I've wore it again today comparing with my old Ionic and Suunto HR strap/watch and its way off! My average HR was 160 and Sense showed 97!
The battery has lasted 2.5days! I've followed all the forum tips to manually change HR range, and battery saving tips but now I've seen so many complain I'm thinking this won't get fixed?
I've contacted chat and been told a generic line about "room temperature and driving alcohol? 😂
Is there any accurate bands out there.....

Hi @Mammyofmillions ,
Do you mean "band" or "brands"? If it's "brands", it's hard to tell as each "brand" uses a different set of metrics to track statistics.

Hi @Mammyofmillions - if you aren't happy with the watch you can get a refund, normally 30 days for the shop, 45 days from Fitbit.
A Versa 2 should give you more accurate HR.
