Watch won't wake up despite all advice

When I turn my wrist my Sense won't wake up. I've already restarted it multiple times, double and quadruple checked the "automatic" is on and not tap to turn on manual setting. I've switched this off and on. I've charged it. I searched for updates in software. It's not in sleep mode. It won't even tap to turn on. I have to press the button. I'm rather annoyed. Help please.

Hi @Babyzilla - if it doesn't turn on with double tap or with quick raise and twist wrist action there may be a fault.

 

In the Fitbit App click profile photo, Help g support, Contact Customer support. They may take you through a factory reset to check.

 

If the watch is new and still faulty take it to where you bought it for a refund, and buy a new one.

 

If still under warranty, 1 to 2 years depending on country law, take it back for a replacement new one.
