After notifying me that my battery level was low, my Fitbit sense stopped working. I charge it daily for at least 10 minutes so I don’t understand how or why this happened. Anybody else having this issue? How to resolve it?

Hi, @1ABella, welcome to the community. If you look at the search bar you will see many posts about charging problems with the "Sense" cable pins. Briefly, you need to check the 4 little pins in the cable puck that locate in the back of your "Sense", they need to be equally proud of the surface and free moving (they are spring loaded). If this is not the case you need a replacement cable, if your "Sense" is still within the warranty period talk to "Customer Support" using the chat facility or phone for a prompt response. Alternatively, you can buy a replacement at a modest cost from Amazon. You may also need to clean the back of your "Sense", I use rubbing alcohol on a cotton wool swab with a cotton bud to detail the 4 little pits that take the pins.
I hope this is helpful.
Cheers
