My Sense 2 randomly disconnected from my Bluetooth over the weekend and started trying to connect to my husband’s phone. I have gone through all of the suggestions of how to resolve this but my phone and the Fitbit will not Bluetooth together. 😞
I did request support through a ticket but thought I’d try here, too.
I read through and tried all of the suggestions I could find first

Let me help you with the "X" you are getting on your Sense. Thank you for the suggestions you have already tried.
Among those instructions you followed is there any related to restart your Fitbit device ? Press and hold the button for 10 seconds until the Fitbit logo appears on the screen, and then release the button.
Once you have restarted your device, please try to setup your device as a new device:
- From the Today tab in the Fitbit app on your phone, tap the devices icon .
- Tap Add more devices.
- Choose Sense and follow the on-screen instructions to continue.
In addition, if you already got in contact with our tech support, my best advise is to continue the troubleshooting with them. They count with better resources to assist you.

Hi David-
so sorry, I missed this! Yes, I restarted and the FitBit logo doesn’t show up for me- it goes right back to the big red X. I’m so sad- it can’t have just died…
I went through trying to re-pair, and it doesn’t pop up as available on my Bluetooth- but randomly, it tries to pair with my husband’s phone… so bizarre
