I am just tired of dealing with fitbit help. Three times three different reps helped me with my Fitbit Sense and every time within a few hours it would again become inaccessible due to some other problem. In my last interaction the rep said they would get back to me and they emailed me shortly thereafter to let me know that my device is out of warranty.
The device is just over a year old, and I really did not expect this of Fitbit. Such expensive devices and they are conking off within such a short time.
What is worse is that the option of chatting has disappeared and i get sent to this error page https://myhelp.fitbit.com/s/errorpage?language=en_US
Currently the screen is black and every minute or two it keeps making a pinging sound as if it is switching off and then switching back on. Keeping the side button pressed (both with and without the charging cable) has produced no results.
can anyone help me?
