Hello,
I have had this Sense for a few weeks now and have been fighting with it repeatedly. The battery drains very quickly. Sometimes it is just a few hours. Somedays it is overnight. Some times it will go 2 days. It is not set on always on. On one occasion, the watch wouldn't shut off. The screen was bright at night and stayed on the whole night. I turned it off and put it on the table, which defeats the purpose of having a watch like this that can monitor my heart rate and keep my sleep patterns.
More importantly, the Fitbit Sense does not stay connected to the Samsung S20+ 5G. I can connect it and within a few hours it will be off again. If I go to sleep with the watch on, it will disconnect within a couple of hours over night. I have restarted my phone, my watch, reset the settings, etc. over and over and over again. I never had this issue with my Charge 3. I should have just bought a new Charge 4 but thought I'd give this smart watch a shot. It has been nothing but headaches. I almost bought one on black Friday so I could get the charge 4 for $99. I thought, oh well, I'll use this Sense for Sunday or when I'm in the office, and I'll wear the charge at work and during workouts and to sleep in. But I talked myself into giving the Sense another chance. Then since last weekend, the Sense has run down on the batter several times and disconnected from the phone daily. I have tried to update and constantly get error messages. I think it finally went through but I can't tell.
I need to find out if there is something I am not doing right. What is going on? Why is the battery dying so quickly and why won't it stay connected to my phone? I've had about enough of this. The rest of my family uses Apple watches and iPhones and I don't want to go that route but I need this watch to do what it is supposed to do. Let me know what I need to do, and don't say restart the phone, watch, etc., like the same steps repeated for all the issues in the forum. I have done that dozens of times.
Thanks
Denny

Experiencing this too. I had to re-connect over and over again. Really frustrating. It's not holding the connection.

Had this watch a year and I hate it. I wish my Fitbit Ionic would not have been recalled but the Sense burns my arm the same as the Ionic did. I am 100% dead within hours of taking it off charge. Turned everything off and it still dies. So frustrating.
