I’ve tried everything, Bluetooth on and off, restarts and reinstalling the app. Also hard restart if the Sense but after entering the 4 digit sync code it always fails. It worked on my iPhone 15 but the new iPhone 16 is a no go.
Ideas?

I have been having the same issue on my Pixel 6 that has Android 15. It does this on my Sense and Charge 5. Been doing it for months on end.
After 30 minutes it will finally connect but the same issue arises if I switch between the Sense and Charge 5.

Hi, Android User here (Samsung Galaxy Note 9) with only 1 Fitbit Device to the account.
I had the same issue with my Fitbit not connecting.
What I tried and didn't work..
I Signed-off my account and re-setup and still wasn't working. Then, I shutdown my Fitbit (restart) and still wasn't connecting after trying to re-setup.
What really solved the issue..
Uninstalled the Fitbit App and re-installed it. Proceed with log-in and setup. It did gave me the option to "continue or exit" click on Continue (it needs to connect to the same wi-fi your phone is connected)
I understand it's effort to make it connected, but you'll need the patience to do it all if you really want it to workout unless it's going require more time to be on the phone with Customer Service.
Hope this helped! 😊
