Best AnswerUnfortunately , it was an online purchase . As regards reaching out to Support. I tried but in vain. Un fortunately this product is not for users outside USA!!!!
Best AnswerMine did the same thing. When I contacted Fitbit, they wanted to know what country I’m from and the store I purchased it from, I said USA and purchased it directly from Fitbit. I hope they replace it with a brand new one, not a referbished one, my experience with those, they fix the problem, but don't fix what caused the problem, so you end up with another piece of junk. I had mine less than 2 months. If it was my company I would automatically send them a new one, at least the next level up, out of courtesy and respect. Ever since Fitbit got bought out, they don't care anymore!
