Having the same issue as a lot of other members here, my Sense is just stuck on the logo or a black screen and won't progress any further. I've contacted support, talked to them via chat and also on the phone and they've always only sent me to the warranty team in which they tell me they can't do anything. Has anyone actually gotten a fix to this? Has anyone outside of warranty gotten a replacement somehow?

The Sense will auto shutdown when the battery level reaches 5%. Connect it to the charger and the logo pops up. Did you somehow let the battery run all the way down?

Mine did the same and Fitbit replaced mine. They didn’t give new straps, just the electronic piece. Call them or message them.
