Thank you Fitbit. My charging cord for my Fitbit Sense has been replaced. I had a recessed pin and went online to fitbit for help. I received my new cord without any fee. Not to many hoops to jump through. I can only hope that the manufacturer for the chargers has solved the recessed pin problem. Very pleased with help from Fitbit.

Hi @Debadora - that's good news but have a look at Main charging tips it might make the new charge cable last longer.
