Sense Controls - Bluetooth

Under my Bluetooth settings on my IPhone it lists Sence Controls but I can’t get it to connect. It keeps saying to make sur Sense Controls is turned on and in range and it is. Anyone else have this problem? I’m new to this tracker. Thanks,

I'm was having this problem a lot.  One thing that I figured out is that you should only use the clock faces made by fitbit. Which is annoying  because that eliminates all the fun ones.  Once I changed back to a fitbit clock. I deleted the watch and reinstalled it. This worked!

Thank you. I haven’t changed the clock face but thanks, now I sure won’t do that!

Hi, for your info, Sense Controls only connects when you receive or make calls. Under normal operation, Sense Controls is disconnected. Hope this helps
