My sense controls will connect to my bluetooth but not the sense. Is that normal? If not what can I do to fix it? Also, what's the difference between the two?

Hi @Amberrino26,
I chatted with Support about this two weeks ago and I was told it was normal. The one that says "Sense" is literally just there to help with the setup process, while the "Sense Controls" will be able to do everything else with the Fitbit app running in the background.

Your Sense BT is a low energy Bluetooth and the Fitbit App handles this connection. If this is the Bluetooth that you are asking about.
Your Sense also has the standard Bluetooth used for controlling music on an Android Phone.
