Sense Controls

My Sense is 5 days old. For the first 3 it was paired with my phone no problem. I got texts and calls. On day 4, I noticed I was missing phone calls. My watch didn’t vibrate or anything. I checked Bluetooth and Sense Controls weren’t connected. I have to reconnect it every few minutes and every time I go and check, it is not connected. Anyone else experience this? Is there a fix?

HI @Allaneaux76 - this is normal, Sense Controls is only used when needed, mainly during calls or for music control.

What may have happened is your watch got into Sleep or Do not disturb mode.

To check swipe the watch face to the right to get to Quick Settings and disable them if they are enabled, then sync your watch with the app to be sure it's operational.

Note: The Sense Bluetooth entry is used for most communications with the phone, such as syncing or notifications.
