Someone please help I recently received the Fitbit Sense as a gift from my husband. And as of today it’s stuck on the main screen. It won’t show notifications, swipe left or right, or up and down. This is the 4th Fitbit I’ve had and I hate to go without it and have to send it back to get a replacement.

Try to restart your Sense by pressing the capacity"button" for approx 10 secs.

Hi, @Cjmcc84 , welcome, as suggested by @LokeAa restart your "Sense". More accurately squeeze the side button for about 20 seconds and release it when the Fitbit Logo appears. After about 35 seconds your "Sense should have restarted.
