Ugh, So upset. Supposedly my fitbit had a firm update. But it was not simple - the device actually made me re-download and connect to the app. So, I lost all my settings on my device. Has this happened to anyone else? Anyway to get your device setting back or do I have to re-enter everything. Thinking Fitbit may not be for me anymore! 😞
