Hi @Nino1978 - there can be lots of conditions causing it not to work so first check it is charged, place on charge, and if it does not come on hold the button for 10 seconds.

Ciao i tried all the tips above but nothing like its dead no vibration nothing there was a procedure to reset to a factory condition that i did before but i do not remember it

@Nino1978 - unfortunately if the watch responds in no way, it likely needs charging, or has failed completely, in which case a factory reset is not possible.

The best is to charge from a PC, make sure it does not get hot, and if so stop immediately. Note how the PC reacts when you plug it in.

If it connects and disconnects repetitively there is a fault.

Even so leave on charge for 30 minutes then hold the watch button for a full 10 seconds and release and see if the logo appears and for it to start.
