Sense ECG results won't appear in the Fitbit app

The tracker tells me to open the app, the app tells me I have no data. How on Earth do I take the 30 assessment? After reading a bunch I still cant figure it out.

Hi @Weirdcatname. It's good to see you around.

Thanks for bringing this to our attention. While this is odd, do you recall to have seen your results before? What is the model of your phone? In the meantime, let me recommend the following steps:

  1. Log out from the Fitbit app.
  2. Force stop the Fitbit app and reboot your phone.
  3. Open the Fitbit app and log back into your account.
  4. Pull down on the screen to force a manual sync.
  5. Use the ECG app on your Sense one more time and tap Done after completing the reading.
  6. On the Fitbit app, tap Discover > Heart Rhythm Assessment > View Results.
  7. Tap any of the previous results to view the details or download the report.

Hope this helps.
