This update should now be available to all customers! If you have any difficulty updating, make sure you are following the directions in this article, and then provide as many specific details as possible in your post so that we can assist.
We’re excited to announce that a firmware update for Sense will be available soon! Some of you may already have this update available - if you installed it, let us know what you think!
If you don’t see the update yet, that’s expected. Check the Fitbit app in a few days, and you’ll see a message when you can install the update. We expect everyone to receive the update in the coming weeks. We appreciate your patience while we get this update to all of our customers.
Did you know that we gradually release our updates? We do this to make sure everything is working just right for you. Sometimes we find an issue and it might take a little longer than expected for everyone to get the update. While you might see suggestions on how to “force” an update, we ask that you don’t try any of these workarounds. Most of the time the update won’t be available and you can lose data or encounter other difficulties. The best way to get the update is to be patient and wait for the update banner to appear in the Fitbit app.

after latest update 44.128.5.38 I no longer receive notifications on my fitbit. paired phone is an android. have followed all troubleshooting guides that I have found without success.

Its called Snore Detection and I think it is only available for Versa 2 currently. I was kind of looking forward to use this to see if wifey was snoring 😄

In India, after updating to latest firmware, the ECG app got removed from watch screen on it's own. Kindly help and advise..??

Try to reinstall the fitbit app, i had the same problem on previous firmware a few weeks ago. I uninstalled and reinstalled the app, started out with voice and notifications deactivated and waited a day to that all was good before enabling notifications etc.

Same with me. Using OP7T Pro. The app says that the notification service is not running and I should restart the phone. The message remains no matter how many times I restart the phone. Not receiving any notifications.
Fitbit had messed up Sense big time. Worst experience.

I got the update notification and on the second try got the update to complete. Seemed fine for a day or so then I went for a swim and selected that as an exercise before I started. I've tried to use it before to track my swims and it does a terrible job for some reason so I was hoping maybe the update would improve things. When I finished the swim I hit the side button to stop and that's were things ended. It displays the number of pool lengths and the total meters and thats all it does!!. I tried holding the side button in but it will not reset, it will not restart, it will not do anything!!! So glad I updated, now what am I suppose to do with this senseless thing?? Please send help

OMG so it's not me. I'm walking up and down hiking trails, walking the track at a brisk rate for 30 minutes and I earn the activity for the day but NADA in activity points. I golf I have 70 flights climbed and play tennis and 90% of my activity is cardio and a minute or two in peak. Something is off or we need to be near death before it registers anything.
THe clock face, I press and it works, but all but the current selected watch face shows an image...so I'm left to guess which face I'm picking. I'd also like to be able to reorder the watch faces and haven't figured that out yet.

Since the sense update, it will not let me use the exercise option. It keeps shutting off my tracker. Is this happening to anyone else? Is there a solution?
