I only got a Revolut account for FitPay and neither of the cards are accepted by the app. Revolut came back saying it is the Mastercard that works - but the number is too long to be accepted - unless it is only the Mastercard credit card - is this available on a free standard REvolut account? I have already paid 4.99 for a physical card (Mastercard debit) to see if that worked - i gave up with the online help chat with FitBit as was taking so long and had to go do something else ...
Fitbit website really ought to give better information!

Sorry - but this is not helpful. I read this information when I got the Revolut account - because Revolut IS listed as working with Fitbit Pay in the above link. What I want to know from Fitbit is if there is a specific account - Revolut, visa debit, Mastercard debit or Visa credit or Mastercard -credit with Revolut that is required - and this information should be provided on the Fitbit website.

It seems live chat isn't available on the weekends. Try calling support at the number I listed above?

Wanted to use fitpay as a backup so cerasted a Revolut account. Just tried adding Revolut card (the Virtual one) too but it says this bank is not supported!?
Any ideas?

When you contacted the support number for your Revolt card, what did they have to say?
Where they able to confirm how many digits are on the debit card?

I have been using my Revolut card (Visa) with my Fitbit Versa 2 for months and then the card expired and when I went to update it, it says no longer supported. When I contacted Fitbit support they said it was a known issue and were trying to fix it and months later I still cannot add my new Revolut card and can no longer use the convenience of Fitbit pay on my watch:(
