I have all of these issues with my tracker.
The touch screen is not responsive at all: I cannot swipe to access apps or options. The devices randomly reboots, sometimes stuck in a reboot loop. Finally the battery lasts several hours and then it dies.
The device has been unusable. It's a lot of work diagnosing and reporting all of these issues, so I don't use the device anymore and cancelled my Fitbit Premium subscription.
This is very frustrating.

Hi, @VNNnn - did you take it back to where you bought it for replacement as it is obviously not working as it should.
Presumably you already contacted Fitbit Support directly. So they can help you with a reset just in case it fixes it.
