We have had to hard start our Fitbit Sense 6 times due to freezing of the screen and not recording of anything. When hard restarting it goes to the time it froze at. Then later once syncs up with phone finally works again. Is anyone else having this trouble? This shouldn't need to be connected with a phone at all times!

Hi @Becstar001 No that doesnt sound right at all. Try a factory reset Settings app and scroll diwn to About), then set it up again. If the problem persists then contacg Customer Support.

My sense (that I received around 10/1) froze Tuesday Night (10/13) at 10:01 pm ....I tried holding down the button to restart it...would not restart, went to dash board and it told me my device was not found. I let the battery drain and recharged it this morning. I called customer service, and was told to call back if/when it happens again and they will help me resolve the issue...what if it happens after hours, like it did on Tuesday evening?

Thank you, I thought I would see how it goes today. If it does it again today, I will contact customer service again.
