Sense GPS won't stay connected

GPS gets disconnected on my Sense. When during my run GPS gets disconnected, the duration timer keeps running while distance timer stops. Every now and then there is a difference of half a kilometer . However yesterday the difference was around 1-1.5 kms and today around 2 kms due to GPS getting disconnected in-between. My co-runners use Garmin but they never face this problem. This is frustrating as it affects the pace.

 

Update: Again today due to frequent disconnecting of the GPS, the stats shows around 2.5 kms less. Firstly, GPOS should not get disconnected, even if it does for some reason, why cant the watch track distance, when the timing timer is on. Like when I was using Versa 2, it did not have GPS but used to track.

Getting frustrated, as this is happening daily.

Sounds like your watch is losing a gps lock. 

Other then trying the other arm, or turning the Sense upside down. Both would reorientate the antenna. 

Thick cloud or three coverage could also be a problem.
