I was looking to buy a Sense as I love the Fitbit app and the sharing functions, but then I ran into all these posts about the HR monitor being way off. Is it still unfixed as of August 2022?

I would seriously delay till Sense II out. And if accurate HR is important to you, I would look elsewhere (eg Garmin). Fitbit support makes annoyingly soothing noises but there have been no updates to watch firmware and even basic stuff like timestamp of SPO2 have been left unfixed. The phone app just got an update but it appears to be almost entirely cosmetic.

Hi @sky76  - like what @scaddenp  says, however look at the Versa 2 which has a more reliable HR, better vibration, and floor count, on board music, better charger, etc.

 

The cosmetic changes in the latest Fitbit App has some flaws,  such as notifications no longer working.
