After 3 yrs of wearing a Blaze I’ve recently updated to the new Sense. I have noticed with the blaze an unrealistic high HR recorded when going flat out on the elliptical trainer.
I’ve had this sense for 3 weeks, the HR doesn’t work very well. In fact when going flat out interval training on the elliptical the sense barely goes over 100, when it should be over 150 in reality.
I’ve had the joyful experience of doing online chat with support today, and after many questions and restarting my sense, which does actually display a changing HR when lay on the table, the support would not even acknowledge that there is a problem?
They told me to continue “monitoring the situation” and they will try and resolve it?
Today’s chat extract;
Me: Still showing changing HR and it’s on the table?
Me: Now 85, 82, 79, 83, 80,79, 77, 74, 73, 76
Dan: Can you wear that?
Me: It’s displaying changing HR and it’s lay on the table?
Dan: Okay, I will take note of that.
Me: A few minutes now. Unless the table has a HR something isn’t quite right with this?
Dan: Now for this, can we ask you a favor to please give that some time and check if you can experience that while exercising.
Dan: If you can still experience it, contact us again.
To be honest the support I’ve experienced today is just diabolical...
