Sense Heart Rate Incorrect in Workout

Has anyone found a resolution to the heart rate inaccuracies?  Noticed during a working at the end when the Sense showed zero zone minutes, and a current hear rate of only 90bpm; checked with pulse-ox and it was actually 150bpm -- I'm sure it was like this throughout the workout.

 

Not sure if the inaccuracy was tied to activating a workout on the device, or if it has been inaccurate throughout the day.

 

Took the device off and put it back on, and it started reading correctly.

I'm sorry to say but I'm afraid that Fitbit gave up on this problem that exist since the release of the watch. What is actually very bad is that Fitbit is still selling the product that is evidently not fit for purpose.
