The heart rate on my new is sense is very off, I used another heart rate monitor and measured my pulse using my fingers, and fitbit's measurements are always the outlier. I've seen others complain about this but there's no answer out. I've tried everything from force stopping, restarting, changing heart rate zones to changing the placement. Nothing works. I would appreciate any help, thanks.

@bobby2478 I don't think you understood my response. What I tried to say was that there may be no acknowledgment of the issue because there may be no fix coming and if there is a risk of not fixing the issue at all then Fitbit prefers to stay quiet. I'm not saying it's the right thing to do because it's not. I'm just saying how I understand the company's silence. At this point I wouldn't ask when HR is going to be fixed but if it can be fixed at all.
