Sense Home Button Malfunction

My Sense is a couple weeks old, yesterday the Home button would no longer work. I cannot feel the button depress. I can't change screens by depressing the home button. The home button will not let me reboot the Sense. I did reset the Sense and uploaded the Fitbit app to the Sense as if the Sense was new. The home button still isn't working, I can't use the Home Button to navigate through the watch fuctions.

The Sense doesn't have a button - it has an indent which has to be pressed in a certain way to work.

Try this.

Worn on the left arm -

rest your other thumb on the arm to the left of the watch

and forefinger on the back of the hand

and do a gentle squeeze of the watch

I appreciate your help. I've read the community advice. The Sense worked perfectly for 2 weeks. The watch has Malfunctioned and is being replaced. Your suggestion is appreciated and might work under different circumstances.Sent via the Samsung Galaxy S10+, an AT&T 5G Evolution smartphone
