Hi, I got a sense for my partner but it’s not working properly on her Huawei phone. No matter what I tried I couldn’t get to sync fully and get the most of the sense. So it’s her birthday soon, does anyone have experience of using the sense in conjunction with a Samsung A41 or A12?
Any help appreciated, with regard to personal experience of compatibility between the sense and the Samsung phones mentioned above.
thanks.

You didn't say which Huawei model. Have you seen this:
How do I use the Fitbit app on my Huawei P20 Lite phone?
Otherwise, Fitbit-compatible devices .

Hi @Macanbhaird, welcome to the Community Forums. @JohnnyRow, thanks for your great suggestions.
@Macanbhaird, thanks for your efforts while troubleshooting the Sense and I'm sorry this continues happening. Just to confirm, are you receiving an error message on the Fitbit app? Did you make sure to turn off other Bluetooth connections while syncing with the Huawei phone? Please provide me with the model and OS/software version of your Huawei phone as that will help me to further investigate on my end.
If the Sense is set up in the Fitbit account but it's not syncing correctly, I'd suggest you to give a try to the troubleshooting steps described in this help article and let me know how it goes.
In regards to your other question, as our friend @JohnnyRow mentioned, if the Samsung Galaxy A41 or A12 meet the requirements described here, the Fitbit app and your watch's features should work flawlessly.
