Sense Hourly Activity Display incorrect

On my Sense, the Hourly Activity display indicates 1 of 9 hours but there are 5 hours that are "filled in" on the display, and just random hours.  If I restart the tracker this will resolve but I should not have to restart every day to reset this display.  Please advise of a fix.

It's a known problem with both Versa 3 and Sense. The hourly activity will show correctly if you check it in the Today screen. But, if you swipe up, it will show incorrectly. Fitbit has been aware of this (there are at least two threads on here about it) but don't have a fix for it as of yet.

ts important to know the phone type and make sure its on the compatible phone list

You might find some options in here Sync setup and troubleshooting

The important thing is to make sure your watch is syncing properly as it will resolve the issue.

However it might not be an issue as the Hourly Activity in the App sometimes takes a little time for it to agree between the summary on the Tile and the details underneath. It could show 1 of 9 on the Tile and by the time you look at the details it may show a different story, but eventually it gets sorted all by itself. .

To clarify, the issue is not with the app, it is with my Sense device itself.  I am on iPhone 12 running the most recent IOS.

The Sense it takes me to the app, can you explain a bit more the problem.

Its too late in the day to verify the function, as its wasn't on.

Try SimpleClockDuo  as that shows you exactly the hourly state in the main watch face, along with Steps This Hour History. It may be a better way to give you the information but doesn't resolve the issue you raised per se if that is the way you are doing it and which is not working.

I love the way the iPhone Fitbit app displays hourly activity. It shows you the actual number of hours you reached your hourly goal but then shows the graphic circle to the left of the numbers where you can discern which hours you missed. My Sense has never shown that graphic circle properly. However, I just updated my Sense on Tuesday and the hourly activity graphic works properly without syncing.

I wonder what other bugs I will find fixed with this update?
