Sense Keeps Resetting

I recently installed the Sense update and since my first charge session afterward, my watch keeps intermittently glitching.   It'll vibrate, show the fitbit logo and vibrate again once the watch is reset and functional again.  It also seems like some notifications have ceased (SMS, WhatsApp).  Happens all day and all night.   Anyone know what's up?

Hi, @MelissaPro, welcome to the community, you seem to be experiencing two separate issues.

• Can you provide more information about the resetting issue? make and model of your mobile phone ( most phones work well with Fitbit but some need extra care setting up Fitbit-compatible devices explains the details) have you tried shutting down your "Sense"? Swipe left from the clock screen to and touch settings>swipe up to the bottom and touch shutdown (sync first or you may lose some data) you can then restart by putting it on the charging cable.
