Sense won't charge

My Fitbit Sense won't charge.  I followed a video and tried all of the tips, but still won't charge.  I ordered a new charger in case that's the problem.

Hi @k2wess - if you tried all the possibilities in all likelihood it is a fault with the charge cable.

 

Carefully inspect the 4 pins, that they are all equally prominent and securely located, you can do this by pressing with the back of a finger nail, they should have the same pressure. You will probably find a fault with the bottom left pin [wire on the right].

 

If your watch is still under warranty you should be able to still get a free replacement.
