After I selected to move to google, major of my data from my Sense is missing, I can't see historical sleep data this year, can't see historical exercises steps done all years and many more data. I am so regretted hitting the move button. Anyone know how can I  get all my dat back?.

Hi @Gg2025, Welcome to the Fitbit Community! It's great to have you here!

Let me help you with your missing historical data on your Fitbit app after moving your account to Google.

Once you move your account, all your historical data should transfer automatically to your account. This being said, make sure you log into the gmail account that is associated to your Fitbit account.

It happens that after moving the Fitbit account to Google, some users see this kind of situation when they enter the wrong credentials. This arrives when they have more that one Gmail or Fitbit account.

One hint is to know when you joined Fitbit. If you joined to the correct account it should state the date when you first joined Fitbit.

Hi @DavidFitbit,

Thank you for your reply. I validated the date joined is correct. I can see it listed fitbit data in the Gmail account. But still in fitbit app I don't see any 2025 data at all, I can see data in 2024,2023,... But I don't see anything this year. Ever since I hit the move button, I can't sync my Sense with the app anymore. I don't want to restart the sense, I am afraid the data lost. Any suggestions?

You mentioned about different Gmail account things.  The original email Login i registered with fitbit and the email I selected to move data to is 2 different emails. Will that matter? As I think the first email is for login fitbit only, the data will store in the email I choose to move. I validated that by check storage of both emails and I only see data in the email I selected when I moved. I am not able to get in fitbit with my first email anymore but that is ok, it's the missing data is the one I am concerned.

Hi @Gg2025, thank you for your clarification.

In effect, you don't need both emails to be the same to properly move your Fitbit account to your Google account.

In addition, i can tell you that restarting your Sense won't loose any data. To restart your Sense, press and hold the button for 10 seconds until the Fitbit logo appears on the screen, and then release the button.

Finally, by the description of your experience, it makes me suspect that somehow your Sense is no longer linked to your Fitbit account. To know this, tap the devices icon from the Today tab in the Fitbit app on your phone. Do you see the image of your Sense as a device that is currently paired?

If not, follow the instructions of our help article How do I set up my Fitbit device? > Fitbit watches and trackers

I moved my Versa 4 on the weekend, have Uninstalled, reinstalled fitbit, have logged out and back in, disconnected Bluetooth, turned phone off and on. Still my previous data/info isn't showing up. Very frustrating to say the least. Will it ever come back or just start fresh? I've had this device since 2022...

Oops its a Versa 3 not transferring my data from the past 😞 😞
