Sense Fitbit. Fitbit label is stay on when on

Hi, @dsheehan22@Lmckeever  and @Brookesummer Check the state of charge in your "Sense" by syncing on the "Today" screen in your phone app (Slide your finger down the screen & release) the battery icon in the top right corner will update. If your "Sense" has a depleted battery note this article Why isn't my Fitbit device's battery charging?   and check out your charging cable. The 4 little pins in the pad that connects with the back of your "Sense" should be free (they are spring loaded) and slightly proud of the pad. If the charging cable is not in good order talk to "Customer Support" here or you can buy a replacement on Amazon at a modest cost. Clean the back of your "Sense" with rubbing alcohol and a cotton wool pad, I use a cotton bud to detail the small pits that take the charger pins. If you do not have rubbing alcohol try warm soapy water, rinse and dry before trying to charge.

Also consider "restarting" your Sense, hold the side button for about 20 seconds until the Fitbit logo appears and release. normal service should resume in about 35 seconds.

Once again, if this fails talk to "Customer Support".
