I'm not sure what happened because I didn't make any changes to the app or watch... but my Sense won't track my sleep properly anymore. I'm lucky if it records 2-3 hours, it does not track when I fall back to sleep nor does it ever record naps. This issue started mid-February. It's not broken up into a separate log, either. I was hoping it would have fixed itself by now.. but it hasn't so here I am! HELP!
I know I can start and stop sleep manually... but that defeats the purpose and is the main reason I use a smartwatch.
I don't think this is just a Sense issue by the way -- my friend is having the same issue with his Versa 1
Hey @SamanthaB293 ,
I'm not sure I'm understanding your issue, do you mind posting screenshots of the sleep log?

Best AnswerI'd understand the issue better if you posted a screenshot.

Best AnswerLet me get back to you once I'm on my phone. My computer isn't letting me zoom in enough to see the picture clearly....ah the joys of being nearsighted!

Best Answer@CMellow After looking at my sleep logs... it looks like mine started to record like this around mid-february ... is it the same for you?
Best AnswerHave you tried doing a factory reset of the watch? How about a soft reset?

Yup, I've done both.
Best AnswerI’ve had this happen a few times in the last couple weeks. The sleep log shows me sleeping until 2 am which is when I got up to go the the bathroom.
mone thing I did was edit the sleep log to reflect when I got up. The data did appear. I do not know how accurate the data is, but it changed.
So either it pulled data out of thin air or it was collected but did not show on the sleep tile.
From today page click on the sleep tile.
Then click on the > sign next to that days sleep
Top right you’ll see … (three dots)
Tap them and then edit the sleep period to reflect you accurate time. It will alter the data collected.
Best AnswerMy 3 dots only gives me the option to delete the log. I'm on an android so maybe that makes a difference.

I would think the Fitbit app is the same. Idk.
This is what I see

Yesss! mine is stopping when I get up to pee, as well. It never picks up naps anymore.
I know you can edit the time but I want all the stats and stuff. Plus its a $350+ watch.. it should work ya know? Especially since I didn't change anything!
Do the stats not populate when you change the
sleep log?

it did just now, but I can't add a new sleep log for the same day. I can only edit or delete the current one.
I napped for a bit after words that I want to log, as well
Best AnswerUnless the nap is 3 hours it may not generate a sleep log to alter.

That's what I assumed too when I bought it, but it has always logged naps for me.. 45min or 3 hours.
