My Fitbit Sense is not showing any alphanumeric data. Only graphics are showing. I tried doing a reset by holding the button down 10 seconds several times and changing the watch face. Problem started after charging.

Is this only on the clock face, or on any screen?
Are these third-party clock faces, or "by Fitbit"?

On all screens regardless of clock face author. I only use Fitbit clock faces.

In that case, I'm no help. Sorry.

My only thought would be to try a restart, by holding in the button.
Or a shutdown through the settings on the Sense. Then to turn on, hold the buttin in or place the Sense on its. Powered charger

Anything that involves alphanumeric information is not functional. I can get to the settings menu by clicking on the gear icon, but no text is displayed in the menus.

A restart did not help.
The shut down command is at the very botton on the settings page..
I might suggest trying to setup the Sense, without first removing the Sense, as a replacement device. If the setup fails, your Sense will not be removed.
However you may want to contact support.
