I’m trying to set up notifications on a Fitbit Sense from an iPhone.
I’ve checked the help centre and the iPhone is set up correctly. The issue I’m running into is within the Fitbit app, when I go into the sense menu the notifications tab is there but it doesn’t do anything when I click on it. All other menu options are working.
Has anyone else run into this issue?

Okay so deleting and reinstalling the app 4 times is apparently how you fix it.

Yes @Rachel-Fit that is really the only way to fix this when the Fitbit app on the phone
I'll be glad to move the thread to the correct board of we know what phone model
